Falë këtij programi\, të rinjtë shqiptarë jashtë vendit mund të kryejnë stazhin/praktikën mësimore për një periudhë deri në tre muaj në institucionet kryesore qeveritare dhe shtetërore në të gjitha nivelet. In 20 minutes the British-Kosovar director speaks of the tragedy of everyday innocent people. Screening and meeting with the team – 16/04/16 followed by a question-answer session \nGiant Horo – This event\, which will take place in the Grand Place in Brussels\, is now in its 5th year. Participants hold hands as\, with the aid of music and dance\, they embark upon a voyage of discovery though the magnificent region of the Balkans. Discover the Bulgarian dance and music groups Razlozhki Meratsi and Svetulka\, the musicians and dancers of the Albanian diaspora from the Belgian-Albanian group Vatra\, songs and dances by the Albanian group Vikena Kamenica – Ali Pasha & Keli Band\, but also the Belgian-Turkish dance and music group Dillere Destean\, not forgetting the company from the Romanian diaspora of Brussels\, Floare de Colt – 17/04/16\, free event on the Grand Place \nThe Comic Strip of the 10th edition – Albania and Kosovo will be guests of honour. Through the eyes of two children\, a little girl and boy\, both paediatric oncology patients\, explain the music and cultures of the Balkans in around thirty pages. It is a journey through the Balkans in search of the culture of Bosnia-Herzegovina\, Turkey\, Albania\, Greece\, Bulgaria\, Romania\, Macedonia and their large Rom community. This comic strip will be given away for free during concerts and workshops organised at the University hospital of Saint Luc. SUMMARY:"Les privatisations au Kosovo" par Bardhyl Dobra
DESCRIPTION:La chute du communisme et l’inefficacité de l’économie planifiée ont poussé les pays de l’Europe de l’Est à entreprendre une transition politique et économique. Dans le domaine économique\, la transition consiste à libérer l’économie et donc à privatiser notamment les entreprises et biens publics. \nCertains de ces pays ont débuté leur processus de transition au début des années 1990\, d’autres plus tard. La transition au Kosovo a commencé au début des années 2000 et se poursuit encore à ce jour. \nDans quel contexte s’inscrit le processus des privatisations et comment s’est-il déroulé? \nLes explications théoriques\, l’illustration par des cas concrets\, mais aussi les comparaisons avec d’autres pays nous permettent de mieux comprendre le processus des privatisations au Kosovo. \nBiographie de l’intervenant:\nBardhyl Dobra est en poste à l’Institut International des Sciences Administratives. Bardhyl est né au Kosovo et a vécu en France pendant 14 ans avant de rejoindre la Belgique. Il est diplômé en Economie et Sciences politiques à l’université de Reims Champagne-Ardenne (France). Il a également étudié à la Pittsburg State University (Etats-Unis) et à l’University of the West of Scotland (Royaume-Uni). Pendant ses études\, il a travaillé en tant que stagiaire dans le département politique de l’ambassade de France au Kosovo. Pendant plusieurs années\, il a été impliqué dans différentes associations d’étudiants à l’Université de Reims. Ai është më madhi i një familjejeprej katë fëmijësh.Prindërit e tij (të dy të vdekur) ishin pjesë e familjeve shumë tëvjetra të regjionit të\nMatit në Veri të Shqipërisë (Canameti\, Stafa\, Preni\, Lleshi\, Lala\, Kola\, Lufi). I ka përfunduar gjimnazin (drejtimi letërsi\, greqisht dhe latinisht) në shkollat franceze të Kajros\, si dhe studimet e larta të arkitekturës në “Beaux-Arts” të Kajros. Në Francë prej vitit 1961 ai ka pasur funksione të ndryshme në drejtimin e ndërmarrjeve. Ai ka shkruar dy libra ku ai rishqyrton çështjen e historisë parahelenike të Greqisë si dhe gjuhësinë moderne. Ai ka shkruar po ashtu\, mbi dy qind\npoezi klasike (të pabotuara)\, ese filozofike et metafizike (të pabotuara) si dhe merret me vizatim gjatë kohës së lirë. Prej vitit 2007 deri më 2012 ai ka përgatitur tezën në Sorbonne/Paris IV me titullin : “Recherches sur les Pélasges à l’origine de la civilisation grecque” (“Kërkime mbi Pellazgët në origjinën e civilizimit grek”). Më 3 janar 2012 në moshën 74 vjeçare ai e ka marrë titullin e doktoraturës në histori dhe civilizim të Antikitetit. Tani ai është duke biseduar me një shtëpi të madhe botimi për t’a publikuar tezën e tij fillimisht në frëngjisht. Pastaj e njejta do të botohet edhe në shqip. Një jetë e plotë ! \nLa biographie de Mathieu Aref:\nMathieu Aref est français d’origine albanaise né en 1938 au Caire en Égypte où il a passé ses 23 ans premières années. Il est l’aîné d’une famille de quatre enfants. Ses\nparents (tous deux décédés) faisaient partie de très vieilles familles de la région de Mat au nord de l’Albanie (les Canameti\, Stafa\, Preni\, Lleshi et Lala\, Kola\, Lufi). Il a\neffectué des études classiques (bac littéraire\, grec et latin) dans des écoles françaises du Caire ainsi que des études supérieures d’architecture aux Beaux-arts du Caire. En France depuis 1961 il a exercé diverses fonctions de direction d’entreprises. Il a écrit deux livres où il remet en cause l’histoire préhellénique de la Grèce ainsi que la linguistique moderne. Il a écrit\, également\, plus de deux cents poèmes classiques (inédits)\, des essais philosophiques et métaphysiques (inédits) et il est peintre à ses heures perdues. De 2007 à 2012 il a préparé une thèse à la Sorbonne/Paris IV intitulée : « Recherches sur les Pélasges à l’origine de la civilisation grecque ». Le 3 janvier 2012 à l’âge de 74 ans il a obtenu son doctorat en histoire et civilisation de\nl’Antiquité. Actuellement il est en pourparlers avec une grande maison d’édition pour la publication de sa thèse en français d’abord. Ensuite celle-ci sera publiée en\nalbanais. Une vie bien remplie !

Pijet do të jenë të përballueshme për secilin student. I gjithë fitimi gjatë kësaj nate do të shkoj në buxhetin e Vlerës\, buxhet përmes së cilit synojmë t’i zgjerojmë organizimet tona gjatë vitit 2014. \nMos harroni: BURRAT me mustaqe\, VAJZAT me gërsheta !! Rreth orës 00.30 do t’i zgjedhim mustaqet dhe gërshtetat më të mira!
